TENDER FOR PREFERRED SUPPLIER(S) AND SUPPLY OF LAPTOPS AND COMPUTER PERIPHERALS
The Forum Secretariat seeks submissions from suppliers for the supply of laptops and computer peripherals for the Pacific Islands Forum Secretariat Headquarters at Ratu Sukuna Rd, Suva.
Bidders will deliver one (1) original copy of tender bid with a soft copy of the response on a CD/DVD/USB to the tender box at the following address:

Ratu Sukuna Road
BY 12:00 PM on Friday, 1st of April 2016
Proposals received after the above-cited time will be considered a late proposal and are not acceptable.
The envelope must be sealed, clearly marked and addressed as follows:
“Response to Request for Preferred Supplier and Tenders for Supply of Laptops and Computer Peripherals.”

Bidders must ensure to comply with the eligibility conditions in the tender document.
Bidders must register and may collect the tender document from the Information Technology office at the Pacific Islands Forum Secretariat HQ at Ratu Sukuna Road.
In the event that further information is required by the Secretariat in relation to the tender, the Secretariat reserves the right to seek the required information without the need for calling for resubmission of proposals.
